The hotel is beautiful, location is perfect , not too close to the hustle and bustle, but a short enough walk away from the buzz of Eyre square/ Latin quarter. I got a complimentary upgrade to the atrium suite on arrival, a beautifully finished room, really spacious, gorgeous bathroom with huge shower and a bath to die for with a media screen. The view across the lake is so impressive 😍 The breakfast was delicious with a number of options for celiacs and other dietary requirements. The staff were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you! They really made sure you had the best experience. The thermal suite and relaxation room were also the most perfect way to unwind during our stay. Treat yourself!!

This hotel is proper Lush! Gorgeous decor throughout and the staff were super helpful and cheery.. especially Joey at reception.. he was so lovely and looked after us with check in and even ordered us the courtesy car to our event too! The Spa is a destination in itself.. after the night out we LOVED it and left feeling relaxed and revived.. highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The staff were very welcoming and caring throughout our visit. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and were made to feel special. The car parking facilities were excellent and convenient. Breakfast and the table service was perfect. Great place to relax.
